Attention Parents
Our Sprout Patch children who attend the 10:30 service in Tupelo will be moving to their new classrooms on Sunday, June 6. Please see the info below for your child's new classroom info. All of our classrooms are organized by birthdates.
September 2007 - February 2008 will move to the purple room.
March 2007 - August 2007 will move to the orange room.
September 2006 - February 2007 will move to the green room.
March 2006 - August 2006 will move to the red room.
September 2005 - February 2006 will move to room 101.

Sprout Patch Registration
Before visiting The Orchard and The Sprout Patch, you are welcome to complete and submit the information form below, so that we will be ready to greet you and your child when you arrive. Once you have returned a completed form and arrive at The Sprout Patch, a digital photo of you and your child will be taken and a family identification card will be issued. You will need this card each time you check-in AND check-out your child from their class. If you need assistance, please see a volunteer at The Sprout Patch Registration Area.
