Justin Browning joined the Orchard staff in
May 2007 as the Director of Ministries to
Children and Families. He has served in
children's ministry in the local church for nine
years in both paid and volunteer positions.
His education background is from the
University of Central Arkansas where he
majored in Early Childhood Education. Justin
is excited about being a part of what God has
in store for families at the Orchard.

Minister to Jr. High Students & Families

Russ is the Minister to Jr High Students
and Families at The Orchard. Russ is
from Memphis, TN and has been working
with student/camping for 9 years before
coming to The Orchard. Russ loves
Batman and Star Wars, but also enjoys
fine dining and early autobiographies. He
graduated from Ole Miss, but loves
University of Tennessee football. He hates
cold weather, but loves to be outside
(as long as it's warm). However, his
favorite thing in the world to do is spend
time with his lovely wife, Anna.
