    Minister, serving as producer of all
    worship services and events. Joel
    is a native of Kentucky and joins us,
    with his wife Jackie and son Jackson.
    Joel is the creative mind and heart
    behind our newest worship service
    - Ri-Zoo Family Worship.

Darrell Marecle

    Director of Technical Ministries

    Darrell is The Orchard's technical guru. He
    serving as our Director of Technical Ministries
    working with sound, lighting and video.
    Darrell, a part-time employee, also owns
    his own company- MRI Productions. Darrell
    lives in Tupelo with his wife Donna, and their
    two kids, Wesley and Carleigh.

Amy Lothorp

Creative Director

Amy, Creative Director, has been with The
Orchard since the beginning, first serving
as a volunteer, then on staff since 2002.
A graduate of Mississippi State University
in Graphic Design, Amy is responsible for
overseeing the production of printed
materials, worship visuals and the web. She
also serves as a volunteer on the Media
Team. Amy is married to Mike, and together
they have four children, Noelle & Clint
McGraw, and Anna Claire & Cole Lothorp.

Anne Palmer

    Video Director

    Anne is the Video Director at the Orchard.
    She graduated from Indiana University in
    Telecommunications. She is originally from
    South Bend, Indiana, is  married to Jason
    (the Orchard Praise Band drummer) and
    has a son, Isaac. Anne owns PalmTree
    Productions, Inc. and is passionate about
    video!

Rick Pike

    Worship Pastor

    Rick is the Worship Pastor for The Orchard.
    He is originally from Red Bay, Alabama.
    While in college he met the love of his life,
    Dena. They married in 1996 and have two
    sons, Jonah & Isaiah. Rick has been blessed
    to have the opportunity to serve in the music
    ministry for several years before joining The
    Orchard. In fact his original song "Noah"
    landed on the Brothers Keeper album entitled,
    "Beautiful One" (haloproductions.net) . Rick
    loves football- can you say "Roll Tide"?-
    French Fries, the color blue and his favorite
    singer is none other than, Dena Pike.
