Haven Acres Community Thanksgiving
We are going to have a community wide Thanksgiving meal with the residents of Haven Acres instead of delivering meals from the church.  This will happen Sunday, Nov 23 from 4-6pm at Haven Acres Community Center. 
Food needs to be delivered between 3-4pm to the community center.  People who want to bring food need to bring it in disposable containers or ones they don't mind not getting back.  We're asking small groups to make enough of one dish for 50-70 or even 100 people.  If an individual wants to bring a certain dish that's not in a small group, that's ok, too.  Please make sure all food is delivered to Haven Acres' community center between 3-4pm on Sunday, Nov 23.

Dishes to prepare:
Sweet potato casserole
Green bean casserole
Stuffing
Rolls
Cranberry sauce


Operation Christmas Child
This is a great opportunity to touch a child in other countries.  You can pick up a packing slip and a box at the missions booth and make sure it's returned by Nov. 23 to ship off to the child.

GO Christmas Shopping
This is an opportunity for The Orchard to give this invitation to someone who isn't a regular attendee and would be in need of having someone baby-sit for their children one night.

We just had a team return from China.  Thank you for all yours prayers in supporting them and keep in touch to find out when our next trip to China will be.
