Welcome Members and Attenders
Here at The Orchard we seek to create an environment where every person, regardless of spiritual background, feels valued and welcomed. One way we try to accomplish this is by encouraging people to be in relationship with others. At the same time, we recognize that it is a challenge for people to make deep personal connections when so many people are gathered together on a Sunday morning. Therefore, from the very beginning The Orchard has emphasized the importance of Growing Deep through being involved in a small group -because we believe this is where "life-change" happens best.
Branching Out at The Orchard simply involves members of The Orchard ministering to others. Two of The Orchard’s Core Values are: “We believe in team ministry. All Christian are ministers and are called to serve together, learn together, and discover innovative ways to communicate the Gospel to the world” and “We believe we are gifted by God. Each of us is uniquely gifted and we seek to discover and use our gifts with excellence as we serve God and others.” God has given us gifts and we are to use them to do the work of Christ in the community and the world. At The Orchard, members are encouraged to use their gifts in a way that branches out to others.
