simply involves members of The Orchard ministering to others. Two of The Orchard’s Core Values are: “We believe in team ministry. All Christian are ministers and are called to serve together, learn together, and discover innovative ways to communicate the Gospel to the world” and “We believe we are gifted by God. Each of us is uniquely gifted and we seek to discover and use our gifts with excellence as we serve God and others.” Both of these are used when we reach, or branch, out to others.

As the Bible states and our core value highlights, God has given us gifts and we are to use them to do the work of Christ in the community and the world. At The Orchard, members are encouraged to use their gifts in a way that branches out to others.

We believe Branching Out should be done in teams. It is when we combine the gifts that God has given us that we are truly effective in ministry.
